Alerts will be sent by email from firstname.lastname@example.org. The email will explain the details of the maintenance, including which services will be unavailable and, when reasonably possible, an indication of when the services are due to be restored.
When Bullish is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, we will make every reasonable effort to alert you via email at least 24 hours before maintenance begins.
When Bullish is unavailable due to unscheduled maintenance, we will make every reasonable effort to alert you via email after the maintenance has started.
After maintenance completes
Some maintenance can be completed without impacting the trading service.
In the case where the trading service was impacted, for your benefit we will try to offer a time window, typically 15 minutes, before trading resumes in order to:
- Cancel open limit orders (if you want to)
- Terminate AMM Instructions (if you want to).
The alert email will notify you of the planned window, if any. Normal trading resumes after the time window has passed.
