Depositing funds into your Bullish account

Depositing digital assets

Go to the left-hand navigation and choose Portfolio.
Choose the Deposit button at the top right side of the screen.
Choose the assets you want to deposit.
Follow these instructions based on the digital assets you want to deposit:
- For EOS:
  - Copy the EOS deposit account name and deposit memo to the account that is being used to deposit EOS by choosing the Copy icon.
- For other digital assets:
  - Scan the QR code or copy the deposit address to the account that is being used to deposit by choosing the Copy icon.

Important: Double-check your deposit information to ensure the information is correct, otherwise your funds could get lost. Lost funds cannot be recovered.

Depositing fiat

Important: Prior to making an initial fiat deposit to your Bullish account, you need to provide a copy of your bank statement to verify the source of funds, and to ensure that the bank account information is accurate. Please contact your Relationship Manager or Bullish Customer Support to submit your bank statement .

For institutional customers that would like to use CBIT, please contact your Relationship Manager.

Bullish only accepts USD.

Go to the left-hand navigation and choose Portfolio.
Choose the Deposit button at the top right side of the screen.
Choose USD.
Read through the instructions in the pop-up window and choose I Understand.
Review the bank wire information under the Wire Transfer tab.
Initiate the wire transfer from your bank and include the deposit memo (for USD) in the wire.

How long does it take to complete a deposit?

Wire transfer

An international wire transfer may take up to three business days. The time needed for the funds to get credited to your account will depend on holidays, weekends, or time zones.

Digital assets transfer

A digital assets transfer may complete in a few minutes. The time needed for the assets to get credited to your account will depend on the network traffic.
