Adding a cryptocurrency account
- Go to your User Menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose Crypto Accounts.
- Choose Add a New Account.
- Fill out your information in the Add a new crypto account pop-up window.
- Choose Continue.
- Review your crypto account details.
- Choose Confirm.
- Choose Done.
- Enter your 6-digit PIN and choose Confirm.
- Perform WebAuthn.
Note: If you receive the error “Unexpected error occurred. Please contact support,” this means the cryptocurrency address you entered is incorrect. Choose the x in the upper right of the 6-digit PIN window, and try adding your account again.
Securing your cryptocurrency account
Note: If you see “Withdrawals Unavailable” under your account, you will need to secure your account with Bullish.
To secure your account:
- Choose the account you wish to secure.
- Choose Enable Withdrawals on the far right of the screen.
- Enter your 6-digit PIN and choose Confirm.
- Perform WebAuthn.
Editing the nickname of a cryptocurrency account
Note: You can only edit the nickname of the account. To make any other changes, you will have to remove the account and add it again.
- Go to your User Menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose Crypto Accounts.
- Expand the account you wish to remove and choose Edit.
- Choose Edit next to the nickname of the account.
- Enter the new nickname.
- Choose Save.
- Choose Done.
Removing a cryptocurrency account
- Go to your User Menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Choose Settings.
- Choose Crypto Accounts.
- Expand the account you wish to remove and choose Edit.
- Choose Remove This Account.
- Choose Yes, Continue.
- Enter your 6-digit PIN and choose Confirm.
- Perform WebAuthn.
